The solution
Whitwam AVI, a specialist division of the Whitwam Group, partnered with Sennheiser to modernize the AV system at Prince Philip House, a Grade 1 Listed space and home to the Royal Academy of Engineering. The project aimed to transform multiple event rooms with hybrid capabilities, enhancing accessibility and functionality while preserving the venue’s historic charm. Whitwam AVI selected Sennheiser’s TeamConnect Ceiling 2 (TCC 2) and SpeechLine Digital Wireless solutions, which integrated seamlessly with Dante technology, enabling clear audio capture and intuitive control. The new AV setup not only increases RAE’s event-hosting versatility but also meets the needs of today’s hybrid meeting demands. Despite challenges associated with heritage buildings, Whitwam’s close collaboration with Sennheiser resulted in a discreet, high-quality system that aligns with the venue’s aesthetic, providing RAE a cutting-edge, futureproof AV solution that boosts venue appeal and ROI.
"Sennheiser products are chosen for the audio quality and configurability, being completely fit for purpose."
