Right of cancellation
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without stating your reasons for doing so.
The 14-day cancellation period will begin on the day the goods are handed over to you or to a third party named by you, excluding the carrier.
If you wish to exercise your right to cancel the contract, you must inform us of your decision by submitting an unequivocal statement (e.g. by post or email) to: Sennheiser electronic SE & Co. KG, Am Labor 1, 30900 Wedemark, Germany, Tel.: +49 5130 600 0, contact@sennheiser.com. You may use the attached cancellation form template, but this is not mandatory.
In order to meet the deadline, you must merely submit the statement outlining your intention to cancel the contract before the end of the cancellation period.
What will happen if you cancel the contract?
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including shipping costs (except for any additional costs incurred if you do not choose our cheapest standard shipping); we will make the refund immediately – and at the latest within fourteen days of receiving notification of your intention to cancel the contract. We will make the refund with the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless alternative arrangements are explicitly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for the refund.
We may refuse to make a refund until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided evidence to prove you have returned the goods, whichever comes first.
You must return or hand over the goods immediately – and at the latest within fourteen days of notifying us that you wish to cancel the contract. You will be deemed to have met the deadline if you send off the goods before the end of the 14-day period.
If the goods cannot be sent as a parcel and are marked as “bulky goods” on the invoice, we will collect the goods ourselves.
We will bear the cost of returning the goods.
You will only have to pay for any depreciation of the goods if the loss of value is due to the fact that you have used them in a manner that is not necessary to check their quality, properties and functionality.

Ved korrekt utfylt skjema anses opplysningene i angrerettloven § 8 første ledd bokstav h, i og j, jf. andre ledd, gitt.
Angrerett
Du har rett til å gå fra denne avtalen innen 14 dager uten å oppgi noen grunn for dette.
Angrefristen utløper 14 dager etter den dag du eller en annen tredjemann enn transportøren, som du har utpekt, får den siste varen i fysisk besittelse

på en utvetydig måte om din beslutning om å gå fra avtalen (f.eks. i et brev sendt med post eller e-post). Du kan benytte det vedlagte standard angreskjemaet, men det er ikke obligatorisk.
For å overholde angrefristen er det tilstrekkelig at du sender meldingen om at du vil bruke angreretten før angrefristen utløper.
Virkningene av at angreretten brukes
Dersom du går fra denne avtalen, skal vi tilbakebetale alle betalinger vi har mottatt fra deg, herunder leveringskostnadene (med unntak av tilleggskostnader som følge av at du har valgt en annen type levering enn den billigste typen standardlevering vi tilbyr), uten unødig opphold og i alle tilfeller senest 14 dager etter den dag vi mottar melding om din beslutning om å gå fra denne avtalen.
Vi foretar tilbakebetalingen med samme betalingsmiddel som du benyttet ved den opprinnelige transaksjonen, med mindre du uttrykkelig har avtalt noe annet med oss.
I alle tilfeller vil du ikke bli pålagt noe gebyr som følge av tilbakebetalingen.
