Repair process and warranty conditions
You can initiate a repair by going to our repair portal
To use the repair portal, first select a product category, and then select your product using the filters or search bar.
Next, create either an in-warranty or out-of-warranty service request for your product, depending on whether your product is still within the two-year window from your purchase date. You can also choose spare parts for your product at this page.
Preview your service request cart and click "Next" to confirm. You can also continue to browse the repair portal and add more products to your service request. Return to the service request cart by clicking on the "Service Request" button in the top right corner of your screen on your desktop, or in the drop down menu on your mobile device.
Fill in your details in the form on the next page and click "Next". Your service request is now submitted, and you will receive instructions on how to send in your product(s) for repair by email.
