During the COVID-19 pandemic, Solutionz faced significant obstacles in completing a large-scale AV integration project for Sunbelt Rentals. Equipment shortages and strict pandemic precautions complicated the installation process across 60 conference rooms, 15 executive offices, and 5 training rooms. Additionally, the building's existing infrastructure, including sound masking and air conditioning systems, introduced challenging background noise that could interfere with audio quality.

 

 

 

Solutionz deployed Sennheiser TeamConnect Ceiling 2 microphones across the spaces to address these issues. The microphones' advanced beamforming and exclusion zones effectively eliminated background noise, capturing only the voices of speakers in the room. In the training rooms, the microphones supported seamless hybrid training sessions by allowing remote participants to engage as if they were physically present. In the executive boardroom, the integration with Crestron's camera tracking system provided a fully automated audio-visual experience.
